What we import
The full library, not only the text
Most importers lose the structure. Your notes arrive, but the stacks, tag tree and links break. Our first job is to keep all of it.
Our first test result (October 2026)
We read a test library of 10,310 notes out of Evernote through Evernote's official connection. 100 % of the notes and 100 % of the attachments came back. All stacks and the full tag tree came back with no manual work.

Early subscribers get the price lock in writing, on the receipt and in the terms. We do not move you to a more expensive plan. We do not add limits to your plan after you buy it.
Export guarantee
One click exports your full library in open formats: HTML and Markdown files, your original attachments, and a JSON file with the structure. You do not need Notekura to read the export. This export is free, also after you cancel.
The truth: Notekura is not built yet
We are a small team. Before we build, we want to know if enough people need this. This test runs for 14 days.
- We test if a full import is possible with methods that Evernote permits.
- We ask people with large libraries to answer a short written survey.
- We ask for pre-orders. If not enough people pre-order, we do not build, and we refund all money.
Pre-orders are fully refundable. You can ask for all of your money back at any time before launch, and for 30 days after launch. You do not need to give a reason.

FAQ
Can I use Notekura now?
No. Notekura is not built yet. We build it only if this test shows enough demand. The audit tool works now.
Does the audit upload my notes?
No. The audit reads your export file in your browser. Your notes do not leave your computer. If you agree, it sends only counts (for example, the number of notes). It never sends note text, titles or file names.
Why do you ask for a pre-order?
Many people say that they will pay. Fewer people do pay. A refundable pre-order is the best way to know if we must build Notekura.
How do I get a refund?
Reply to any of our emails or to your receipt. We refund the full amount to your card. You can do this at any time before launch, and for 30 days after launch. If we do not build Notekura, we refund all pre-orders without a request.
Which Evernote data can you import?
The plan is: notes, notebooks, stacks, nested tags, links between notes, attachments, OCR text, web clips, dates and source addresses. Before we build, we test each item on a library of 10,000 notes. We will publish the results.
How do you get my notes out of Evernote?
We will use only methods that Evernote's terms permit. For example, the export files that you make in the Evernote desktop app. We do not use methods that copy another app's identity.
Can I keep Evernote while I try Notekura?
Yes. The import does not change or delete anything in Evernote.
What about a web clipper, email to notes and scans?
These come after import and search. You can search your old clips and scans from the first day.
Is there a free plan?
No. A free plan needs ads or limits. We do not want either. There will be a 30-day trial after launch.
Are you part of Evernote?
No. Notekura is an independent product. We are not connected to Evernote or Bending Spoons.
Privacy notice
Who we are: Notekura is a trade name of Solid Software LLC, a Virginia (USA) limited liability company. Solid Software LLC is responsible for your data (the data controller). Contact: [email protected].
What we collect: your email address and your answers in the waitlist form. We also record the price that the page showed you and the source of your visit (for example, an ad campaign name). If you agree in the audit tool, we receive counts from your library, but not note content. We count page views by price variant. We count each visitor once, with a random number that your browser deletes when you close the tab. We do not use cookies for this.
Why: to run this demand test, to choose people for the survey, and to email you about pre-orders and the launch. The legal basis is your consent. You can remove your consent at any time.
Who can see it: only the Solid Software LLC team. We store the data with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our payment provider (Stripe), if you pay. We do not sell your data. We do not give it to advertisers.
How long: we delete waitlist data 12 months after the test ends, or sooner if you ask. To see, change or delete your data, email us.
